"Maintenant, il ya une proposition sur la table de GM où les Chinois ont renoncé à l'exigence d'un contrôle à 100 pour cent de Saab. Il ya aussi un tiers qui n'est pas chinois».

Un tiers qui n'est pas chinois . Voilà qui peut etre interessant si cela est confirmé .

A third party who is not Chinese. That can be interesting if confirmed.
