GM durcit le ton

Interview de James Cain , porte parole de chez GM par DI.se

"Nous avons échangé avec Saab, mais je ne ferai aucun commentaire là-dessus", a déclaré James Cain, porte-parole de GM, à di.se, ajoutant que la déclaration antérieure de GM s'applique toujours:

"Nous  pouvons continuer comme  fournisseur de Saab avec des bonnes conditions et circonstances, mais nous ne sommes pas prêts à continuer à livrer le 9-4X et nous ne sommes pas prêts à continuer à fournir des licences de notre technologie à une société en cours en mutation,» a déclaré James Cain.

Est-il vrai que vous êtes en négociation uniquement avec Saab, et non pas avec Youngman et Pang Da?
«Notre contrat est conclu avec Saab et personne d'autre", a déclaré James Cain.

Les entreprises chinoises veulent toujours acheter 100 pour cent de Saab, prétendument pour Di. Mais James Cain est clair sur la façon donta réagi GM.

Êtes-vous prêt à accepter un accord avec Youngman et Pang Da détient 100 pour cent de Saab?
"Non Laissez-moi être clair. Saab et Youngman peuvent faire ce qu'ils jugent meilleurs pour l'entreprise. Mais s'il ya prise de contrôle est de cent pour cent de Saab, ils vont le faire sans les véhicules que nous fournissons, à savoir le 9-4X, et sans la technologie de GM ", a déclaré James Cain.

Êtes-vous prêt à accepter d'autres solutions afin que  Pang Da &Youngman puissent devenir  partenaires ?
«Jusqu'à ce qu'il il y ai quelque chose de plus concret sur la table, je ne peux pas répondre à cette question", a déclaré James Cain.

Quand allez-vous répondre à Saab?
"Je ne commenterai pas  nos discussions avec eux ou de tout autre delais."


"We shared with Saab, but I will not comment on it," said James Cain, spokesman for GM, di.se, adding that GM's previous statement still applies:

"We can  continue as a supplier of Saab with good conditions and circumstances, but we are not prepared to continue to deliver the 9-4X and we are not willing to continue to provide licensing of our technology to a company being changing, "said James Cain.

Is it true that you are negotiating only with Saab, and not with Youngman and Pang Da?
"Our contract is with Saab and nobody else," said James Cain.

Chinese companies still want to buy 100 percent of Saab, allegedly for Di. But James Cain is clear about how GM's reaction to it.

Are you ready to accept a deal with Youngman and Pang Da owns 100 percent of Saab?
"No. Let me be clear. Youngman and Saab can do whatever they deem best for the company. But if takeover is one hundred percent of Saab, they will do so without the vehicles we provide , namely the 9-4X, and without GM technology, "said James Cain.

Are you ready to accept other solutions so that Pang Da & Youngman to become partners?
"Until there is something more concrete on the table, I can not answer this question," said James Cain.

When will you meet Saab?
"I will not comment on our discussions with them or any other delays."
